Bouldering

No ropes, no harness, no experience needed

Bouldering is climbing on low walls above crash pads. Each boulder is a small problem to solve with strength, technique and your head.

You don't need any experience: there are beginner boulders and areas to take your first steps before moving on to harder problems.

What you'll find

Free liquid chalk dispensers are placed around the main gym. No need to bring your own, and if you prefer loose chalk, you're welcome to use that too.

Showers

We have showers for our climbers, so you can freshen up after your session.

Gym

Much more than boulders: your training zone.

The main gym has a fitness area equipped to complement your climbing: warming up before a session, physical conditioning, building strength and mobility, and stretching afterwards.

It's a space designed for climbers and built into the gym; it isn't a standalone fitness centre.

WHAT THE EYE DOESN'T SEE

Because a great climbing experience also depends on everything you don't see.

AN ARMY THAT WORKS WHILE YOU REST

Every day, a real army of robot vacuums sweeps across the mats of Urban Boulder, reaching every corner.

Their mission goes far beyond keeping the gym clean: removing accumulated chalk and, especially, the tiny rubber particles shed by climbing shoes during climbing.

A daily, silent job that helps reduce dust and particles settled on surfaces, helping take care of the air quality we breathe.

EVERY BLOCK STARTS FROM SCRATCH

When we take down a block at Urban Boulder, the work doesn't end with removing the holds from the wall.

Every hold goes through a cleaning process to remove the chalk accumulated over hundreds of attempts and restore its original look.

That way, when they become part of a new block again, they are clean, shiny and ready to deliver a great climbing experience.

Because opening a new block also means enjoying its holds as if they were brand new.

FRESH AIR, CONSTANTLY

Even if you don't notice it, the air at Urban Boulder is constantly being renewed.

A powerful extraction system removes indoor air and encourages its replacement with air from outside.

The goal is to keep a pleasant atmosphere and reduce the build-up of particles and stale air during climbing sessions.

Because air quality is also part of good training.

NO COLD, NO HEAT. TIME TO CLIMB.

18–22 °C

It doesn't matter if it's 35 °C outside in midsummer or 0 °C in winter.

Our climate control system keeps the gym usually between 18 and 22 °C.

A temperature designed to enjoy climbing all year round, no matter what the thermometer shows outside.

Here, the weather is never an excuse to stay home.

THE SOUNDTRACK MUST NEVER BE MISSING

At Urban Boulder, music is also part of the experience.

A speaker system spread throughout the gym delivers uniform, quality sound, so the music accompanies every session.

Because a good block, a bit of chalk and the right song can be the perfect combination.
